Instructions are included on the package for making royal icing, buttercream icing, boiled icing and meringue topping. Meringuepowder is filled by weight and contents may settle. This product is prepared and packaged using machines that may come into contact with wheat/gluten, eggs, dairy or dairy products, peanuts, soy or tree nuts.
